- Fairest of Them All
Rei is blessed not only by un-aging physical beauty, but also has an enchanting charm to her. Spending Glamour allows her to gain an extra dice in rolls of Charisma, Connections or Persuasion.

Rei’s true form, or her mien, can only be seen by other Changelings or True Faes. Hidden by her Mask, humans and other supernaturals can only see her human form unless she actively dispels it.
Flaws
- Wonders of Magic
Changelings require Glamour to utilize their magic, and it can run out. If Rei rolls two 1s in checks involving a Clause, she automatically fails, unless a loophole is used.
- Embedded Cruelty
Fairest Changelings can often be callous and cruel, much like their Keepers. Rei needs to roll a Composure + Composure check in order to empathize and care for others, especially when she is in distress or in danger.
- Fae Fraility
As beings that are part fae, Changelings will suffer one Aggravated Damage when in contact with anything that has Cold Iron, which applies to weapons as bonuses.
- The Fox Hunt
Older than most Changelings, Rei’s longevity has led to bizarre Frailties. Rei always has subtle hints to her inhumane nature despite her Mask, which could potentially be a Masquerade breach.

Being able to partially remove gravity’s influence on herself, this allows Rei to land safely from any height and walk on any solid surface that wouldn’t normally be possible. She rolls Dexterity + Separation to succeed, the loophole involves wearing fancy and delicate footwear.
- Teumessian’s Blessing
Rei automatically slips out of any restraints, such as hand cuffs, zip ties or ropes. She rolls Dexterity + Separation for the Glamour cost, the loophole is that she has been unjustly restrained for a crime or offense she did not commit.
- Lost and Found
Rei can walk through any closed or locked doors and windows that she could fit through. She rolls Dexterity + Separation for the Glamour cost, the loophole is that she is utilizing it to escape for her own safety.

The power to manipulate or intensify the feelings of desire in a person. Rei employs the use of this contract to alter a person’s desire for her and more.
- True Heart’s Desires
Rei can learn the true desires of a person by reading their mind's surface thoughts, which can be the person’s motive in a scene or something they desire. She rolls Wits + Spring to succeed and targets roll Wits + Composure to contest, the loop hole is Rei telling the person one of her own desires within the same scene.
- In Awe of Beauty
Rei is capable of enchanting a person to be in awe of her and swaying them to her requests, as long as it isn't dangerous or against their morals. She rolls Charisma + Spring to succeedand targets roll Wits + Composure to contest, the loophole is Rei in possession of something with emotional value to the target, its value can be symbolic.
- Dream Weaving [ LOCKED ]
Rei can manifest an object that someone desires out of emotions and dreams, from a lost key someone is finding to a prisoner’s tool to break free and escape. She rolls Wits + Spring to succeed, the loophole is that the target has given Rei a gift without expecting anything in return.

The power of stealth, and art of invisibility. Rei uses this contract to sneak into place undetected and hide from threats.
- Lingering Trail
Instead of leaving behind traces of her presence, Rei’s mark of passage becomes a trail of smoke until she leaves the scene. She rolls Dexterity + Smoke for the Glamour cost, the loophole is to leave behind a significant hint, such as a note, a bloody fingerprint or any other prominent clues.
- Vanishing Act
Taking on the form of a small fox made of whispy, white smoke or smoky, dark shadows, Rei gains a +2 dice bonus to Stealth. She is still corporeal and can receive damage in this form. She rolls Wits + Smoke to succeed, the loophole is to spend an hour away from daytime light within the past day.

The power to see into the past and future, with limited degree. Rei utilizes this contract to uncover truths and foretell events.

By touching an object, Rei can peer into the object or its owner’s past experience and memories. Depending on the situation, some may have limited or blurred visions. Rei rolls Intelligence + Omen to succeed, the loophole is to maintain physical contact with the object for 10 minutes.

Behind the facade of confidence, Rei hides her shame and insecurities under indulgence. Known for her hedonistic tendencies in pleasure, it has gotten Rei quite a bit of trouble in the past. With rumors and scorned partners who find her tendency to flirt and sleep around an offense. Memories and emotions numbed under the revelry of desires. Alongside that, Rei throws herself into her work with a perfectionist attitude as penance. To drown herself in the workload in order to find some modicum of solace to atone for her past. History
TLDR; Bastard son of a politician born in 1908, groomed to become his father's successor before being exposing him of his corruption. Rei then worked in Intelligence before being left for death by his father and swept away by his Keeper. In Arcadia, Rei was molded into the image of a Kitsune courtier to play out courtly theatrics of the Sengoku era for her Keeper's entertainment. As she was made into a Loyalist, Rei would become overwhelmed by the guilt and shame of the atrocities she committed before plotting her escape.
Rei's return to the material plane was marked by being an outcast even to the Dreaming Changelings due to her bizarre experience. As she made connections and sought for answers around the world to learn more about the origins, the Corporation Wars broke out. Her entangelemt with the Lasombra in South Korea became a painful memory, as Rei returned home after the wars came to an end. To her surprise, the surge of Lost Changelings showed up in Japan. Whom she aided to find their footing to atone for her past crimes against fellow Changeling.
However, fearful of being discovered and caught by her Keeper, Rei continued her travels around the world. As her age caught up to her, Rei began seeking out more and more medical procedures and biosculpting to stave off its affects. Soon, she grew tired of wandering the world alone, Rei sought to find a place she could call home. Maybe Meteor City can be that place.
